We regularly hire for the following roles. Position availability varies by season. Most work runs March through November; some skilled trade positions are year-round.

Laborers: $23–$32/hr (base through bonus)
Truck Drivers: $30–$37/hr
Equipment Operators: $28–$40/hr
Superintendents: Salary (discussed individually)

Season & Schedule
Most positions are seasonal, running from approximately March through the end of November. Some skilled trade roles may be year-round depending on project demand. A typical work week is Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days. Overtime may be required and can be substantial on active projects. Travel pay is provided on a case-by-case basis. Employees may choose to stay near the worksite when projects are remote — MBCS covers hotel and per diem in those cases.
What Makes a Good Fit
Willingness to learn. Team-first attitude. For skilled trades, a minimum of 3 years of experience doing similar work. CDL for truck driver positions. Above all: a strong drive to contribute to productivity at every level — efficiently and safely. A valid driver's license is required for all positions.

Yes. These jobs require you to be in reasonably good physical condition. Everyone pulls their fair share on an MBCS crew.

Truck drivers are enrolled in a mandatory drug testing program. A drug test may be required following any on-site incident. A valid driver's license is required for all positions.

CDL is required for truck driver positions. For other skilled trades, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. OSHA certifications are a plus. MBCS supports GPS equipment training for qualified team members.
